Here we are again. Broadway shows are being canceled, Santa is wearing a mask and the hospitals are getting overwhelmed.

It has been almost two years since the world was shuttered by Covid. We thought it would last a week, two at the most, right? Now it’s 92 weeks later and although we had a little break here and there; it seems like we are headed for another lockdown. People are dying directly from the virus and due to the effects of the virus. Business closures, loss of companionship, delays in deliverables which lead to shortages and price increases. So much more than I care to go into…

Why are people so against the vaccination? I have heard so many different excuses or reasons from many different kinds of people. If you regularly drink alcohol, smoke pot or kiss strangers – these things have more of a chance of hurting than a vaccine. If its a matter of freedom – please explain?

It’s a crazy time in our world – similar to what happened a little over 100 years ago. The Flu pandemic took anywhere from 17 million to 100 million lives and it lasted 113 weeks. The difference in the world today is obvious, over the last 100 years the advancement in the world has made it possible to be and do almost anything anywhere instantly. (Still there is hunger in every spot in the world, why?)

All I can do is hope and pray for a miraculous end to this virus. (Getting my booster this week)

Baseball is my favorite sport and the Met’s are my team. They have made some great acquisitions and changes this off-season and I hope to watch them play soon. The problem is the lockout. Work out your differences and lets hope to report to pitchers and catchers!

I am unemployed and it looks like it will be a while before a good opportunity will come around. I have not been able to collect unemployment due to my exhausting it in 2019. I have tried and tried to no avail. Just doesn’t make any sense to me.

In December of 2019 I started The Story of their lives, to try and make some money writing personal, family and business biographies. Its been very good so far, not enough to expand or call it my sole job, but I still am trying. I have written several biographies that are private and only for family to choose how to distribute. The country is kind of in a pendulum motion at this point; we went from Trump to Biden which is a total 180. No political leanings here – tune into your favorite cable news network for that.

I belong to a fantasy football league because a good friend and my brother asked me to. To say how much I dislike it would be understating it. I just don’t have the head, the time or the energy to give a shit about these things. If I did have the time or the energy I would spend it reading or heading to a Barnes and Noble to get a cup of coffee and to read there.

Is there anything more beautiful than a female? It begins in their mind and the way they live their lives. What they believe in and what they find exciting. Are they sports fans, music fans, movie fans or are they creative? So many aspects of the female mind are the trigger to add to their beauty, attraction and sensuality. You can look like Cindy Crawford but if you act like Roseanne Baar – sorry, not going to get excited over that.

I miss Robin Williams.

I don’t know about my political correctness, I am sure I would be cancelled for a lot of things I have said or say at times. I do know that I judge individuals rather than groups, I judge individuals based on their personality and their integrity. I also know that I respect everyone the same unless that person proves me wrong. Its not about color, race, religion, sexual preferences or any other labeled people. Its about that individual and how they behave.

Does that make me a better person? I don’t know and I am not trying to placate anyone – my parents taught me to respect everyone – that’s what I do.

I don’t know why I wrote this – I figured I’d write something different this time. I hope I wasn’t offensive if I was I didn’t mean to be, educate me.
